Cough & Cold Medicines for Children:

Cold and cold meds for children under the age of two years have been removed from the market.  Research studies show that these medicines do not work and are potentially harmful for children under the age of 6.  While medicines are still available for children ages 2-6, the FDA is investigating whether to remove these medicines as well. At Pediatric Group we do not recommend the use of these medicines for any child under 6 years old.  Please see the links below to read more about this topic.
